We use a system-thinking approach to resolve performance problems in your work.
We essentially identify the factors which combine together to create your environment and analyse whether these factors are degrading your performance.
My practice is results based.
We believe in the Peter Drucker quote: “what gets measured gets done”.
Our main focus is therefore to diagnose performance gaps so that you can reach your full potential.
We need to get away from the ‘quick fix’ mentality and realise that performance takes time.
Our favourite phrase in this regard is; “everyone wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die”.
We cannot provide a solution without thoroughly understanding the problem. Problems are nothing to be ashamed about.
Gap-analysis allows us to identify problems as the gulf between your actual situation and your lack of resources.
The fallout of this gulf also has a psychological impact, but this is an aside rather than the focus of the consultancy. The focus of the consultancy is to move you forward, not buy using ‘solutioneering’ i.e. the 'quick fix' approach but taking on the ‘whole person’ approach i.e. the corporate athlete.
We will attempt to narrow the gap between reality, and your lack of resources by identifying the necessary knowledge required, skills required, and identify what motivations you have to move forward.
Whole human approach based on the ‘corporate athlete’ model, including: self-awareness, nutrition, physical and mental energy, positive psychology and the fundamental aspects of executive and life coaching.
