The QLTT of the Law Society of Ireland consists of exams in the following subjects:

• Paper 1: Constitutional Law with Criminal Law OR Company Law (at the option of candidate). 

• Paper 2: Contract and Tort Law. 

• Paper 3: Land and Conveyancing Law. 

• Paper 4: Probate and Taxation (I do not provide notes for this).

• Paper 5: Solicitors Accounts (I do not provide notes for this). 

• Paper 6: EU Law.

There is also an oral examination in professional conduct and ethics. This lasts approx 15 mins.
